These terms govern your use of the YCV Web Design website and services provided by My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd trading as YCV Web Design.

Services

We provide web design, SEO, hosting, and digital advertising services. All projects are governed by individual proposals or service agreements that outline specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a project proposal: 50% deposit is required before work commences, the remaining 50% is due before go-live or final delivery, and payment terms are 7 days from invoice date.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website design and content we create for you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Source files and assets are delivered after final payment.

Scope Changes

Changes to agreed scope require a written change request, will be quoted separately, and must be approved before work begins. Additional revision rounds beyond those included in your proposal are charged at $150/hour.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
